This was the first bob dylan (s) song i first heard, then bought pretty much all of his albums, seen him live! sooo wish i was born in colorado and knew bob dylan when we we’re young!
That would be something worth knowing in my heart!
Bob’s songs have helped me through thick and thin, through the bad and the good!
Always felt that bob understood with what he says and the story’s he tells in the songs!
So hard to find live videos!
Thanks very much for this wonderful piece of music!

This is one of his most under rated songs! The viewings alone should be at least 10 times more! Great song!

@backyardsounds *We’ve lost. Have you seen the charts? Dubstep/dance/trance/pop bullshit.

  16. TheOhyeahproductions says:

@backyardsounds At this point, the record labels don’t deserve control of music anymore. Their business model only worked when they had a monopoly on music and artist supply, but now that other options exist, they wonder why their death has come…

  17. backyardsounds says:

@TheOhyeahproductions Yes, it can. I majored in journalism in college and saw the Internet coming as a major influence in regards to journalism. It is essentially ending news as it used to be and the former consumer of it is now the marketer. YouTube is a PERFECT example of this. If indie writers can take music back from the big music labels (and mp3s allow this) it can happen.

  18. TheOhyeahproductions says:

@backyardsounds There’s a chance it might happen, but the blame may equally fall on the profiteers and the songwriters themselves. For example, there are tons of indie songwriters with a lot of ability, but some of them don’t have a lot of mainstream appeal because they intentionally push it away in a snobbish way. I’d like to see the next generation of great songwriters embrace mainstream music so they can save it from itself.

  19. backyardsounds says:

@TheOhyeahproductions well that would be the epitome of entertainment only, right? They put a pretty face out there, tell them to dress slutty, provocative and lip sync well with a overly loud repetitious beat. It looks like a bad scene from the “5th Element”. There will always be great song writers, but I’m worried this generation might ignore ‘em. :

It’s the only song that I can hear it 10 times in a rough without knowing what happened around me!

  21. ILIRICUMSACRUM says:

Geniality has a name thanks for the song Bob!

  22. ILIRICUMSACRUM says:

Bob, thanks for your songs that you gave us they enriched every moment of my hard life!

  23. TheOhyeahproductions says:

Somehow, this song always makes me feel good inside whenever I hear it. It’s the first song I learned to play on my guitar, and it’s still my favorite after all this time…

  24. TheOhyeahproductions says:

@backyardsounds Actually, the entertainment industry is focusing less on art as entertainment. Look at the huge rise in popularity of auto-tuned female/male pop stars who sing over pre-programmed beats. Their live shows are often lip-synced, focusing more on the spectacle than the musical art. It’s shameful really, but there is hope still…

Everytime i’m listening this song, i feel like God’s touching my shoulder.
